83% NO to Tesco 2428 residents voted No 486 said Yes, 8 spoilt papers We have asked the people of Northaw and Cuffley for their opinion and the survey result has confirmed that they do not want this development and we ask Tesco to take this result seriously and re-consider its plans. The committee will be taking this campaign forward over the next few months, involving the whole parish in generating ideas on viable alternative uses for the site and demonstrating the seriousness of our intentions. |
